Yesterday we had Strider Chris Halliday taking on the Tatton 10k in Knutsford. Chris had yet another great 10k and was rewarded with getting 1st in his Age Cat – brilliant running Chris, well done!!
Then today we had 4 Striders at the Leicester Half Marathon. Very well done to Paul Pearce, Brian Thomas & Richie Wheatcroft who all came in the top 10 of their Age Cats and well within the top 100 overall! (in a race of over 2000 finishers!!)
Dave Sullivan also ran this race in his home city, with his son Luke, and got his Half Marathon PB, brilliant running Dave! They were also raising money for Cystic Fibrosis, which is a charity very close to their hearts, fantastic work lads :)
