On Sunday it was the start of the Off road/Fell/Trail Championships & Pascale Holden was up in the High Peak at Hayfield, for the Kinder Downfall Fell Race! Despite being the only competitive Strider there Pas really enjoyed herself and has given us all a heads-up for the next Championship race, the Parks Life 7k in Belper! It’s on 18th May (a Thursday evening!). Pas says this is a ‘beginner friendly’ fell race, so if you’ve never tried one, why not give it a go!
