A brilliant turnout for a Christmas Day special from Parkrun, with 25 Striders earning their Christmas excesses by running at 4 events!
22 of these runners were at Alvaston, where we also had Luke Bremmer & Ray Evans once again doing a fantastic job marshalling for us, thanks very much chaps! It was a very lovely festive atmosphere with lots of Christmas/fancy dress!
Well done to Matt Bailey getting his PB and 5th place at Alvaston and Hazel Baxter getting her 2nd PB there in 2 days – brilliant running both of you!
Tourism trips were made by Pascale Holden going to Sutton Park and Chris Halliday notching up another new one by doing Warwick Racecourse!
