The winner of this category completing all 6 races, was Rose Buckley. Other runners in the category were Lucille Floch and Megan Emerton.

The winner of this category unbeaten in all 6 races, was Fergus Holmes, also competing in the section was Louis Floch.
Senior girls
The winner of this category, also with a 100 per cent record, was Clodagh Holmes.
Senior boys
The winner of this category and stepping up from second place last year, was Chris Turley. After competing in the junior boys section last year, now second in the senior was Luke Trickey.
There was also an award for Ethan Buckley who ran in all 6 races.
In the adult categories there were 46 striders running over the course of the series, almost the same as the previous year.
Senior lady winner improving through the series and completing all 6 races, is Gayle Gamble.
Senior men winner, completing 5 races, transferring his road running ability to the fields, is Sam Pearch.
Lady veteran winner is Pascale Holden.
Male veteran 40 winner is Ian Crompton.
Lady veteran 50 winner for the second year running, is Christine Purslow.
Male veteran 50 winner also for the second year running, is Ian Millward
Lady veteran 60 winner, completing all 6 races, is Sandra Butcher.
Male veteran 60 winner, unbeaten in his 5 races, is Robin Hutchinson.
In addition to 2 of the category winners who ran in all 6 races, there were three other team members who also completed the whole series, they were Lindsey Buckley, Paul Brunt and Paul Webster.
Cathy Clifford completed the Great Yorkshire Marathon in 3 hr 46 min.
Runners from Shelton Striders ran with 20 000 others at the Birmingham Half Marathon on Sun 21 Oct. The race was covered by Channel 5. First back for the club was Marcel Darling with a personal best of 1 hr 23 min. Followed by James Walker 1:24, Patrick Munro 1:26, Matt West 1:26, Ian Crompton 1:36, Steve Cartwright 1:49 (PB), Silke Kreiger-Ford 1:56, Alex Lee 1:58, Chris Purslow 1:59, Chris Donald 2:05, Paul Gaffney 2:05, Andrew Simons 2:10, Jennifer Nix 2:13, Vicki Hutchinson 2:13, Fiona Corden 2:25, Lindsey Buckley 2:31, Annette Blanchard 2:31.

Sam Pearch from Shelton Striders completed a tremendous run in the Lecester marathon on Sun 13 Oct 2013. He came 3rd overall in a new personal best of 2 hrs 39 Mins 51 sec. This time earns Sam an elite entry into next year’s London marathon.
Strider Sean Cooper also completed the course in under 3 hours (2:58).
