Becky Emerton completed the Long Course Weekend Tenby a couple of weeks ago. The event consists of an Ironman over 3 days. So 3.8km sea swim on Friday evening, 180km hilly bike on Saturday, followed by a Marathon on Sunday.
Becky was 33rd female out of 89 and there were 551 entrants in total.
Brilliant going Becky! Extremely well done!!
