Real grit & determination was shown by 2 Striders, running long distances at the weekend – very well done Andrew Powell for his performance at the Three Peaks Fell Race in the Yorkshire Dales, sounds like a real grueller Andy!
Then yesterday Paul Roome was over in South Wales for the Newport Marathon – he was focused on his race plan, which by and large went well, sounds like he had a tough time mid-way, but still managed to get in under 3:30 with a very strong finish! Brilliant Paul!
