I had chatted to Harry about this event and he had painted a very bleak and vague picture of this event. The first 10k is one relentless climb, albeit’s only 1.7% but for the full 10k. And it ends with a gallop down Sheep Dip Incline! Bleak as he painted it I was hugely surprised to see he then went and ran it!
Dean said of it:- “Never again.. the heat and endless incline was horrible. .. so happy to finish this one..”
