Just two runners took part with Ciaran Guilfoyle Running the mile event in a new PB of 6 minutes dead coming home 15. Dave Keegan ran the mile in 7 mins 12 secs coming 36th. Dave then went on to the 5k running it in 25:18 and coming in 63rd.
