Interval Training (Informal)

Due to the informality of these sessions check before assuming these sessions are on please!

Striders, we are going to start interval sessions at Pride Park on Tuesday 6th May 2014 at 6pm, meet by statue near starbucks.

The session is aimed at sub 42 minute 10K runners (eg fast group and Roy’s track group) and will consist of 400, 500, 800 & 1000m with very short recovery times. There is a quick warm up and the session is normally under way by 6:10.

This is an informal session and may not be on every week, due to other races etc. If you want more info contact Marcel or Matt West.
