Yesterday in Parkrun world, we had 24 Striders running at 6 different events, we also had some Volunteers at Alvaston – David Green, Louise Hart & Denise Robertson (with Ruby) – thanks all of you!
At Alvaston, Paul Pearce came in an excellent 4th place, and Simon Goodall had an incredible run, getting his PB, guided by Patrick Munro – fantastic work chaps on what I imagine was a pretty crowded pack! Great to see Rob Higson was back out running at Alvaston again too :)
Elsewhere we had Naimah Hameed at Conkers, with a PB! Also getting a PB was James Realey at Ashbourne Rec! Great running both!
Chris Sharp & Gloria Lagou, were at Dishley, where it was Glorias first time there. Richie Wheatcroft was back from his hols with a cracking run at Long Eaton. Then down at Sence Valley we had Matt Henning, Julie Corby & Paul Phillips with Liz, all taking it on for a first time, looks like they had fun there too :)
Well done all of you, great running as ever especially as some of you were doing Tara Kinder only 12 hours or so before – great effort!
