As the heatwave continues, it was hot even at 9am this morning, but as we know this doesn’t put off runners, so we had 30 Striders this week at 10 different locations.
At Alvaston, it was the Striders Parkrun Championship fixture, with 14 of us running. It was Tuesday Wiles first parkrun as a Strider, after joing us last week, welcome to the club Tuesday :)
Also at Alvaston we had Margaret Cowling & Steven Oliver marshalling and Anna Hagan-Pearce tailwalking – thanks folks :)
