On a warm Wednesday evening last week, we had 9 Striders taking on the unusual distance of a 4 mile race. “The Run” by Erewash Valley RC is always a lovely evening in the calendar – a great local race which starts and finishes at the Navigation pub in Breaston. It’s always a cracking atmosphere and a strong field. Well done to everyone who raced it, and thanks very much to Lyndsay Wiles who came down to support us en route, it was much appreciated Lyndsay! It was a fun social evening with everyone debriefing their race in the pub garden afterwards :)
