Yesterday we had 5 Striders heading out racing – fairly locally we had Matt Bailey, Rob Higson & Daniel Butcher all doing the 30k at Stamford, one that many runners do in preparation for their upcoming Marathons. Great running chaps, sounds like you all had a good one!
Then we had Liz & Paul Phillips carrying on their Merseyside weekend, this time at Aintree with Liz taking on the Half Marathon & Paul making his comeback in the 10k (after 5 months off racing). Well done both of you and great to see you back Paul! Hope you both had a fun weekend :)
