Yesterday we had 4 Striders out racing. Tim Bentley was down in Hampshire for a weekend of family & football with an Eastleigh10k thrown in! It sounded a very good race, with over 2000 finishers. Well done Tim hope you enjoyed the weekend :)
Over in Staffordshire, Matt Bailey, Liz Phillips & Matt Henning took on the Knighton 20 mile, as their latest long distance preparations. Paul Phillips was also over there supporting and picture taking – Well done all of you and Matt B who came 2nd in his Age Cat!
