A rather soggy morning didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of 34 Striders running at 5 events! With volunteering support provided by Steve Cartwright, Ray Evans, Eamonn Hughes & Denise Robertson – thanks very much all of you!
PB’s were scarce today, with only 1 Strider, Hannah Cartwright managing to bag one! Well done Hannah great running! (everyone else was obviously saving themselves for tomorrows Cross Country fixture!?!?).
James Realey also did his first run at Ashbourne Rec – I bet that was just like a XC James!?
Remember folks, next Saturday 14th is our first fixture for the 2023 season of our Parkrun Championships at Alvaston! Let’s kick this season off in style with lots of you down for it! Rumour has it Charli is planning some new bonus point ideas!? :D
