Well done to Liz Phillips who had a cracking start to her New Year with not only Markeaton Parkrun, but then as we all headed home, made a dash up to Belper for a 11am start of Dave Denton’s hilly 5 miler! Brilliant running Liz, good luck with the ’30k’ training :D
