The races continue to come thick and fast for Liz Phillips & Sally Cartwright who both ran the Lichfield Half Marathon yesterday, with Sally yet again smashing her PB & Liz came 4th in her Age Cat – brilliant! Sound like they both enjoyed their day, well done both of you!
Another Strider who is really putting in the races at the moment is Chris Halliday, who took on the Chatsworth 10k, I don’t have any details but needless to say it would have been a very lovely location for a 10k, well done Chris!
