The Bank Holiday running weekend continued for Liz Phillips and Matt Henning as they took on the Nottingham Canal 5k yesterday! Matt actually did it in 26:16, but unfortunately may have gone over the finish mat again after the finish, thus skewing his result, unlucky mate :( but well done both of you!
