Well done to the 4 Striders who did Ilkeston RCs ‘Double or Quit’ at Shipley Park on Saturday evening! (especially the nutters dedicated runners Liz Phillips and Chris Halliday who had also done Conkers Parkrun in the morning!!). Everyone starts at the same time and you get the option to carry on to do the 10 on or ‘quit’ after 5 miles. Great running folks, and well done to Luke for a nice 8th place position!
