On Wednesday evening Liz & Paul Phillips went over to Stone for their tough hilly 5 miler! Paul is still coming back from injury, so was cheerleader for the evening. Liz did really well and came 4th in her Age Cat, despite still recovering from illness too! Well done Liz, & Paul for the support :)
