Just 1 Strider, Liz Phillips ran in the challenging Sheffield Half Marathon today, with support from Paul Phillips, sounds like they had a great morning! The first 5 miles were all uphill, so that’s a really impressive run Liz, especially after Rushcliffe Parkrun too, well done!! :)
