Just one Strider went along to this event but as a pacer. Pacing 4:30 Amaris Nerys managed extremely consistent pacing bringing home any followers in 4:29:55 and no-one can complain at the accuracy of that pacing! Well done Amaris and well done anyone that got a PB based on her efforts.
