Well done to the 11 Striders who ran one of the 3 races at Birmingham today. The weather was lovely, probably a bit too lovely for running! That, combined with an undulating, lapped race made for a tough one for everyone by the sounds of things! Well done all of you, especially Brian Thomas who came 7th place in the Half and won his Age Cat in the process – fantastic!
