Yesterday evening there were 12 Striders running at the excellent local race the Smalley 5 Bells! It is a great race, part of our Striders Road Championships and also the RunDerby race series, which tests the runners on undulating, mainly gravel paths around the lovely Shipley Park.
Well done to everyone who ran and congratulations to Martin Kerr for finishing on the podium, 2nd place overall! Fantastic run Martin! Really good to see everyone it was a great atmosphere once again in the race village, and thanks to David Green, Gloria Lagou & Sarah Huskinson for the support!
