Well done to the 2 Striders getting some excellent distance racing in yesterday! Denise Robertson did the Nottingham Winter Warmer Half Marathon, running very well and coming in well under the 2 hour mark! All this the day before she jetted off for a break in Rome – well deserved Denise!
Then down in Northamptonshire, Simon Goodall took on the Naseby 1645, guided by David Parkin. The race is a 16.45 mile race that goes past 7 of the memorial sites for the 1645 Battle of Naseby! You learn something new every day! :)
Well done both of you, excellent running, I hope you had fun!
