On Saturday the Realey boys – James & Dad Neil, were over in Benidorm with their friends from Mickleover RC and took on the Benidorm Half Marathon! It is an evening race with the tagline “Start with the sunset and finish with the stars” and it was James’ 4th go at the event, looks like he had a good time – I’m sure there was some welcome refreshments at the end! Well done James & Neil! :D
Also just wanted to say well done to Denise Robertson, who yesterday took part in the festive ‘Mental Elf’ charity fun run at Elvaston Castle. This is a 5k fun run, organised by the Derbyshire Mind charity, I don’t think there were results but I saw a few of the Elves whilst out on my own run and it looked like good fun and all for a very worthy cause, well done Denise :D
