On April 2nd Chris Banks took to the streets of London for their Landmarks Half Marathon, really enjoying soaking up the atmosphere, getting a great time, coming 872nd out of a massive 17,177 finishers and setting himself up nicely for the coming Ramathon :) Well done Chris!
Then fast forward a month and we had 4 Striders taking on the gruelling Dukeries races yesterday, around the Sherwood Forest area. Jonathan Branch & Matt Bailey took on the 40 mile and Daniel Butcher & Rob Higson the 30 mile. Brilliant running all of you, and very well done Jonny on your 3rd place! Also well done to Pascale Holden who was out en route Marshalling the Dukeries and supporting the runners – Pas even managed to get a quick Parkrun in too after she’d finished Marshalling, brilliant!
