On Wednesday it was the penultimate fixture in Dave Dentons midweek winter races. Striders who regularly take part in these races were out once again – well done to Martin Kerr, Liz Phillips & Matt Henning!
Martin came 1st in the 1 mile race with a fantastic 5:03 time – then followed it up with a 4th place in the 5k, brilliant!
For anyone who’s never done them, they are great races to go to, as some amazing times are achieved – the winner of the 5k – Alasdair Kinloch from Tonbridge AC, did it in 14:38, wow!!
