As the icy conditions continue, numbers were understandably down at all of our local parkruns, but we still had 10 hardy Striders running at 4 events. Huge thanks also to Eamonn Hughes, Ray Evans & Dave Keegan for volunteering at Alvaston – especially tough when it’s sub zero!!
No PBs this week, which is probably a good thing meaning everyone was taking care not to injure themselves :)
Well done to Liz Phillips for finding the only Parkrun that was still on in her area during a visit to family. Tilgate is just south of Crawley and Liz said it was surprisingly even colder down there -4 to -6 degrees!
