Race Results – Dave Denton 1 mile & 5k – 21st September 2022

It’s that time of year again where Dave Denton dusts of his stopwatch for the Winter season of midweek races, which are held on Raynesway cycle track in Alvaston, starting and finishing at the Cricket Club. There is a 1 mile race first then a small break, then the 5k – great fun and your entry covers both races! Well done to all of the Striders who took part, Liz Phillips was only a few seconds short of her 1 mile PB/club Cat Record  (6:57) and Shaun Cooper 6th place in the 5k! Great running all of you :)
