Two Striders took on this Ultra race of 40 miles, in the heart of Sherwood Forest. Congratulations to Jonny Branch coming in with a magnificent 2nd place overall! I know it was bittersweet for Jonny as he was leading for 34 miles, but still that is an absolutely amazing result! Well done Jonny!!
Great run too by Matt Bailey, who unfortunately jarred his knee at mile 22, causing a problem with both of his calves. Even after that, Matt still came in at a brilliant 24th place though, fantastic running both of you, hope you’re recovering well! :)
