Up in sunny Sunderland today, Lyndsay & Daniel Butcher took on the City 10k, which is Lyndsays home city – needless to say they were flying the flag in their Striders vests! Congratulations to Lyndsay who managed to knock a massive 2+ minutes off her 10k PB, fantastic running Lyndsay! Well done too for Daniel who paced it perfectly to help Lyndsay achieve this, great team work both of you :)
