Another frosty morning greeted the 24 Striders taking on 3 locals Parkruns – they were rewarded with clear skies and more beautiful sunshine!
Congratulations Liz Phillips for her course PB at Markeaton – fantastic running in tricky conditions!
Also great commitment from Paul Phillips, having to race straight from Markeaton to support Derby County in their 12:30 kick off in Notts!!
