Some notable runs this week – not least two runners in Wormwood Scrubs! And Sam White found a Parkrun he hasn’t already done. Also great running by Herbie which would be have been a club record but it was canine assisted – although she lost a few seconds and places when Doug went the wrong way, so hindered as well. But a new club record for Louise Hart. Great running everyone.
