Called the Grimsthorpe 10 this race has options of 5k, 10k, 10 miles and half marathon as well as adding on a cannicross option to all of those options, and a couple of Nordic Walking options too. What’s in a name anyway?

Herbie Kaur took Doug along and because of Doug’s young age took on he Cannicross 5k coming home first in a time of 22:28 – well done both of you!
Teresa Wood took on the half marathon coming home 24th in a time of 1:55:58 as third lady home and winning her age category! Another excellent run – Well done!
