I need to ask for £5 per person towards entry fees to secure your place. The club is going to cover the balance (£2.50 subsidy each). In addition to the race, this gets you a pint of beer on the night (soft drink option) and some sort of team goodie bag. You can pass your £5 to me, Sally Winterton or Sam Pearch.
Unless you’ve already agreed something (Emma/Alex/Liz/Alison; Dave/Lee/Ian/Neil) you don’t need to sort a team out. I just want individual commitments at this stage and I’ll get some help juggling people into teams (based roughly around ability, the prize categories, and any fancy dress inclinations) closer to the date.
