Well it can only be described as cold and wet, but we were still out there. 31 Striders at 7 different menus. The bad weather didn’t stop people running their best, we had a total of 3 PB’s, one 7 years in the making and 3 First Time tourists.
Amanda Jackson was setting PB’s again, this time at Long Eaton. She clocked 33:51 which was 24 seconds off her previous best, and 4 years in the making. James Realey took 7 years to better his PB with a time 21:29, beating his previous best by 13 seconds. Meanwhile Richard Morgan set his new PB at Coronation Park by knocking 29 seconds off to come home in 20:46. Well done everyone great to see PB’s.
