Summer Training at Darley Park

Summer training is at Darley Park each Wednesday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. Meet by the big tree near the playground. There is a car park near Little Darleys pub, and we’ll head into the pub afterwards for a post training drink and chat.


The sessions are listed below and may be subject to change. Each session will have a warm-up, main element, and cool down .

Warm-up

  • Approx 1km loop of the park
  • A dynamic stretching session led by one of the coaches or run leaders

Each week, generally on the Sunday or Monday, we’ll add a bit more detail to the upcoming session.

06/05/2026No formal session but a few of the run leaders will be at Darley Park running a 3-4mile social run at a nice easy pace to recce the boardwalk, paths and grassy areas. Everyone is welcome to join us at 6:30 from the usual spot by the big tree.
