Braving the extreme heat today were two Striders at different events – Sally Cartwright took on the gruelling sounding Solihull Half Marathon, and said she kind of quite enjoyed it even though it was very tough in the heat!! – brilliant Sal amazing running!
Also, down in Burton Naimah Hameed took on the Burton 10k, again brilliant running Naimah in the difficult hot conditions!
Very well done both of you, I went out for an easy run this morning and even that was tough! I hope you’re recovering well!
