Three Striders took on this event. Registration proved an issue and as an out and back route Sam had this to say “…BUT – does it work for all of this on the same route with different start times, personally I would say no. Too chaotic especially with 5k, 10k and canicross on their way back with the 10 mile on their way out.“. So if you’r thinking of this another year then be aware.
Great running by all 3 though with Sam having run 12 miles to get to the event.
