Well it was perfect conditions for this little gem of a race in the tiny village of Sheldon. Good news as the start & finish was 50 m from the Cock & Pullet inn. Really nice to see a few Striders out and the runaholic Helen racing for the 2nd night on the trot, should be ashamed missing Wednesday training. Must say I’m impressed by how well everyone is running.
Well, we all ran our guts out and hydrated with a pint of Swift Nick (really nice pint) before the weather turned all cold.
Next mid week race Brassington 27th July, come along this is very easy under foot, even road runners could do this? Promise the start/finish is virtually inside the pub.
