Sunday morning and Helen Smith went and took part in the Peak Forest Fell Race – a race of 9.7km with 198m of ascents. She came home 87th in a time of 1:10:27.
BUT.. she had the rest of the day free so went on to run the Broomhead Chase – a race of 3.5 miles with 820ft of ascents – coming home 50th in a time of 58:33.
