A 5mile (8km) Cat B short event with 900′ (275m) of ascent.
Three Striders did this fell race. It was tough and mostly up hill. However, the start/finish was conveniently located outside the Derwentwater Arms. The well deserved, post-race beer of choice was Farmers Blonde by Bradgate Brewery.
