MAIN/OFFICIAL MARSHALLED CAR PARKING is at King Edward VII College/Castle Rock High School reached off both Meadow Lane and Warren Hills Road. Use LE67 4BR on Sat Navs.
Additional street parking along Meadow Lane.
Please allow 10 minutes walk to the start/finish area from MAIN car parking.
Thereafter 10 roads in total border the woods/course with direct footpaths leading from 7 of these: Meadow Ln, Abbots Oak Dr, Hilary Cres, Hayes Close, Holly Hayes Rd, St. Bernard’s Rd, Leicester Rd.
Not an official endorsement ….just telling you what these roads are called. IF you park on these or Rosemary Cres, Peterfield Rd & Tressell Rd then please do NOT block drives or cause inconvenience to residents.

If you have equipment to erect then please only do this where indicated in the field where we start/finish. There is a Special Scientific Interest field on the course where this is strictly prohibited.

Start Times: Juniors 10:30 am Adults 11:00 am
Course details/footwear: only 2 foot of tarmac per lap, some slightly gravelled paths – otherwise grass, woodland, mud and trail paths with 4 brook crossing for adults.
Junior (2013/14 course) Under 10’s 1 lap woodland/grass finish (approx. 1 mile), Under 16’s 2 laps

Adults (approx. 5.3 miles) – 1 medium trail/grassland lap with 1 brook crossing, followed by 2 large woodland/trail/grass laps with 1 then 2 brook crossings respectively. No hills/gentle undulations.
