It was a very good course some uphill off road a bit of flat with a good downhill finish on road . There were 97 finishers.
I would recommend this race. I hope to do again next year. If I can do it anybody can especially after 2 weeks of no running while on holiday.

PS Having found the results then Shelton had the second team overall. And Emma Roe said “I got 1st female over 40 and got a trophy! My 1st and probably only ever one, just building my tiny tiny cabinet to put it in” – Well done Emma!!
